Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve

Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve is located in Christiansted. It documents the human and natural Caribbean world from the earliest indigenous settlements in the central Caribbean to the present day. The park’s documented history includes encounters with seven different colonial European powers. It is operated by the National Park Service and is currently listed as closed.
